Hours of Operation
While we are based in Phoenix, Arizona in Mountain Standard Time for much of the year, we do occasionally operate from other countries and time zones. While hours may change depending on our current time zone, we will adhere to a 9 am - 5 pm MST time zone for all meetings.
Payment and Invoicing
All payments on service hours are paid upfront using PayPal or credit card.
Invoices are sent electronically on the 1st of the month. All services are prepaid and work will commence once payment is received.
Refunds
When you buy a package of time with us, we commit to having enough time available to serve you. Our commitment to you affects how we work with our other clients. For that reason, we don’t offer refunds on unused hours or allow unused hours to roll over.
Confidentiality
We adhere to a strict confidentiality code and no information will be divulged to a third party. All documentation sent to us will be returned upon completion + payment. We take your confidentiality very seriously.
Time Tracking
All time spent on your projects is tracked to the minute. We will send you weekly progress reports to keep you updated on how our team is utilizing your hours.
Meetings
Your time is valuable, and so is ours. In the event that you need to change or cancel a scheduled meeting, we require 24-hour notice. In turn, we promise to honor our appointments and be on time as well.
Sharing Passwords
To safely exchange passwords, we use LastPass. We ask that our clients set up an account so that they can securely share their passwords with us. Please share passwords with:

All calls and emails will be returned within 48 hours during business days (Monday to Thursday).
That means we will:

When you delegate to us, you delegate to a capable, proactive Certified Online Business Manager who supports your needs on a daily basis.
Turn Around Times
Project and task turnarounds vary depending on the specific requirements. We try to handle all new projects and tasks within 48 hours of receiving the required information. We always inform you when you can expect projects and tasks to be completed. If you change the original task or project, the amount of time required to complete the project is subject to change.
Project Management Tools
We are happy to work with your PM tool if you’ve already established a routine (i.e. ClickUp, Asana,etc.). We will manage your project on our side with ClickUp. If you do not have a project management tool, we will loop you into our ClickUp PM.

1 | The Discovery Call
We want to learn where you are in your business. Where do you feel you’re succeeding, and where do you feel you’re lacking support? This complimentary 30-minute session is the first step towards understanding your needs and assessing whether or not our team is a good fit for your business. Book your Discovery Call now!
Based on our discovery call, our agency will send you a custom proposal and suggest the right Online Business Management package. The proposal will include our rough insights, pinpoint potential projects, and next-step recommendations.
2 | The Creative Momention Session
This one-time, 90-minute strategic planning session with Kristi Jacobsen is mandatory for all packages to kick off our working relationship.
This is your opportunity to lay everything on the table and let us know exactly which areas of your business you want to improve, how you think your team and projects can be better managed, and what systems you want to put in place to make your business run smoothly. It is also our opportunity to evaluate your needs, your team and projects, and your overall business structure.
We are now a team. As a team, we want to identify what can be taken off your plate simply and effectively. This is your opportunity to meet your Kristi, who will have their hands in your business's inner workings moving forward. They will be maintaining a well-oiled machine, allowing you to get back to the parts of the company you love.
3 | The Audit
This is where we get serious. During the first 90 days, we do a full audit of all your business’s processes. During the first two weeks, we look at files and procedures and strictly observe how your beautiful business operates. The earliest implementation will occur is two weeks after the Business Strategy Call.
This is a time to show us examples of how you operate, introduce us to staff, and allow us to find our space.
4 | The first 90-days
We hone in on what makes your business flourish! We are also looking for which sections need polishing, where money is wasted, and which processes need implementation. As masters of efficiency, we want to ensure that your business is reaching its full potential and that no tasks are missed.
We’ll fix immediate leaks and lay the foundations for future projects during this time.
5 | Manage ongoing tasks
Once we have spent some time in the nitty-gritty of your business, we will help create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). These beautiful work-of-art documents map precisely how to execute and automate routine tasks. The SOP is given to a staff member who takes that job off your plate so you can get back to the part of the business you love (or you can even book a vacation!).
In addition to SOPs, we will help structure social media campaigns, product launches, and anything else your online biz needs.
Ongoing
Time to get movin’! We want to set up action items and start making things happen. You’ll start seeing your company’s direction and start feeling the stress melt away. Who needs a spa day?
