You have to be when traveling around the world.

That’s me in 2023, hiking through the Highlands of Scotland on a bucket list trip. I’m a digital nomad at heart. I don’t have a traditional home or a home office, yet I keep everything organized and running smoothly no matter where I am.

My background blends structure and adventure. I spent over ten years in customer service within the music industry, where I learned the power of systems and processes. Planning worldwide travel taught me meticulous organization. And traveling the globe while leading a customer service team as Director taught me how to stay calm in chaos.

The travel bug bit me hard in 2022, and when it became clear it wasn’t going anywhere, I decided to build a business that would let me continue this lifestyle from any time zone. That’s when I found my perfect fit: online business management and consulting.

Before stepping fully into online business management, I spent five years as a virtual assistant supporting life, business, and wellness coaches. That season gave me something most OBMs don't have: a ground-level understanding of what it actually takes to keep an online business running. I wasn't just checking boxes, I was learning how the pieces connected, where things broke down, and what it looked like when the right systems made everything click. That experience is what shaped the way I think about operations today, and it's exactly why I can walk into a business and see both the details and the big picture at the same time.

Today, I partner with founders, agency owners, and coaches to design and manage the business systems and operations that keep their businesses running without them being the bottleneck. Whether that's building out project management workflows, streamlining client processes, or implementing business automation that actually sticks. My goal is to give you back the mental space to focus on the work only you can do.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me hiking, working out, reading, writing, planning my next trip, or spending time with my cat when I’m at my home base in Phoenix, AZ.

Not at all! I work remotely as a digital nomad and collaborate with clients around the world. With the right systems in place, time zones aren’t a barrier, they’re just part of the adventure.

How is an OBM different from a virtual assistant (VA)?

A VA typically handles specific tasks you delegate, while an OBM takes a more strategic and managerial role. I don’t just do tasks. I build and oversee systems, manage operations, and ensure everything runs smoothly, often coordinating VAs and other team members.
