Each month, I identify and build one to two of your highest-ROI automations. I test them, document them with clear SOPs your team can actually follow, and stick around for 30 days after each build to make sure everything's running the way it should.
This is a great fit if you know AI could help but don't have the time or technical background to figure out where to start, and you'd rather own the system once it's built than pay someone to run it forever.
AI Operations Partner — $5,000/month
For businesses that want an ongoing AI team, not just a one-time build.
This includes two to four build-outs a month, plus ongoing monitoring and optimization so your automations keep working as your business changes. You'll get a monthly strategy call to talk through what's next, and coaching for your team so AI becomes part of how you operate, not a separate project bolted on.
